yes it is really not working. I tried to compare my damage before and after I add skill points to this skill but no changes.

This skill works. It was just translated wrong. It adds Critical rate % not attack.

The problem lies in the AUTOPLAY cos even if u disable it ,
yet AUTOSkill still runs I wonder why?
