noob question, what exactly does spotlight? i wasnt here when they explained it, i always see spotlight niff, spotlight gh, but i dont really know what does that mean, i know is increased exp, but exactly how much or, is drop increased too?

If the monster is on the list then it gets the bonus regardless of it's location.

 

In regards to these specific kobolds however they are technically ghost property MVP mobs that were used for the challenge dungeon and so were not included in this.
