Due to full capacity on several channels on RO Server 1, we will be opening RO Server 2.

The server will open tonight April 5th at 7pm PDT. 

Notes:

1) The Server Opening Event will be available upon opening on Server 2.

2) Diamonds will be shared across the account across all servers. 

3) Items and VIP are character bound.

3) During last week's server merge, characters from s5 were not properly merged to Server 1. With the opening of today's server, these characters will be fully restored on Server 2.

I just started today playing and I have a question.... 

 

where's the option to add the ragnarok journey acc to my wp acc?

You have to create a new account since Ragnarok Journey is a new game. Those games listed existed before the WarpPortal system so the page is meant for legacy game accounts.

The thing is I didn't know I needed a wp acc for Ro Journey. And it seems because of that I'm -_-ed up

How did you create a Ragnarok Journey account without creating a WP account first?

That's what it says on the registration page. Your WP account was already created with the email you registered with.

But can I know which mail I used for the ro journey acc? Maybe I wrote it wrong, or dunno

We won't know. Try sending a ticket and see if the GMs can find your account.

Pretty lame move, first you merge server, then when the new server events is over you make new server, What you guys doing is false marketing, lying and scamming people.

Hey there, I'm closing this thread. But here are some clarifications:

 

The server merge was a developer choice, not ours. We expressed that it would be crowded, but they went on with merging to one. After a week, we were then able to make the case to open another one back up.

 

• Please see this post for clarification on the 10 day accounts on s2 

 

• About the diamonds: 2) Diamonds will be shared across the characters per server. 

 

• As for the WP account addition, please put in a ticket to the GM staff if you are having issues.
