i know this is not the place to post this but i hope they get my attention,

 

the KATNIP npc in malangdo not only dont his job but took my items and didnt gave me a enchant box.

at 1st i tried to exchange my 3 middle stone, but he said its not enough so i tried again but same result.

but on 3rd time, he took my items but didnt exchange it for a box. i hope they fix it and give me back my stones

or trade it for box

i just want to say the refinement odds was yet again changed this week. there is no way 400 HD elu isnt enough to +9 something also if you put a +7 in and only had 43 pieces left there should be a good probability to make +7 again... appearantly not

generous hammer = when they switch to lowest odds i swear.

 

even mastersmithing has been a defeat so far this week

Send a ticket on the issue, include name of lost boxes, your character name used for the stones exchange, date/time, server and any other valuable info. When done PM me the ticket number please.

No, it is ok now

Several instances still lag very heavily to the point that your screen will freeze for a few seconds before it resumes the game.

Some of the instances that I have experienced include: ET, Faceworm and High TI.

 

I am not sure if this is an issue with the server, or the internet connection, or the game patch itself.

Can this issue be taken seriously and looked into immediately?
