Do you leveling with DB? If yes. Best chose you need some item leech HP&SP.

If the regen is like 1000 HP/100 SP per sec yes but Ragnarok has nothing like that.

What if 2x AA + Boss Egnigem + other stuff i cant think of right now like Donut in mouth, and all this will stack with RK regen skills and Vit and maybe worth something ?
