Can anyone please explain how the honor points and the medal you buy with it works?

the honor points you get from any of the pvp events and you use them to buy the medal of your choice..when you spend the points you have to start from 0 to get the required pts for the next lvl..and so on... when you sell your old medal you will receive back 20% of the honor spent on that medal..the medals will give you basic damage reduction from pvp in the % listed on the item.
