Hello Roserians!

 

There will be a server maintenance on 04/13/2017 at 2PM PST! This maintenance will include a Lucky Spin and Item Mall update, so make sure to get the seasonal and lucky spin items currently in game before they go away! Updates will be posted after the maintenance is complete.

 

Update: Please know that this will be an extended maintenance due to monthly log and additional Item Mall updates required. Once we have an estimate on the downtime we will update further!

I almost suspected that

Honestly, I only ever bought 2 things from the premium shop. Skill Tomes, and Ruven Tokens [extremely rarely]. Salons on great occasion as well, but not often enough that I'll miss it.

 

So yeah, if they just added another way to get a permanent version of a skill book, idc if it comes back or not.

If they dont let them come back i think the premium accounts will become obsolete and premium coins will be worthless and all other stuff you can trade for premium points, like life insurance, tele tickets and soul crystals. I use permium points to buy spin coins

What about those bugs I have reported the past few months, is this maintenance suppose to fix that?

I dont see any possible bug fixes

Premium NPC's have nothing to do with Premium Accounts being of value. Premium bonuses extend well past the daily box, and if your only complaint is that the Premium Boxes have useless items, I'd say that doesn't invalidate the other bonuses at all.

-Free storage

-30% Bonus Exp

-30% Bonus Honor

-+10 to Valor Quests

-Create 8 Characters instead of 3

-Unlimited Qeues in the GA system

and so forth.

Wow, we're already 6 hours into this maintenance.  How much longer you think?  I recently came back to play Rose and I don't remember maintenance taking so long.   Is this normal?

Sorry for the delay guys, there was an issue with the patching process that is causing the maintenance to take longer. As soon as we have more information I will give more updates here! Thank you for your patience everyone!

I apologize for the delay, however unfortunately we have had to postpone the patch we had planned for today's maintenance due to critical errors encountered while creating the patch.   We decided it would be best to not keep you waiting any longer and have brought the servers back online until we have resolved the issue.  As soon as everything is in order, we will announce a new maintenance time tomorrow (April 14th).

 

In the meantime, we have ramped up EXP, Drops and Clan Point bonuses to 4x until the next maintenance, so we hope you will take advantage of those insane bonuses!

Agree'd. You should deserve compensation for complaining on the forums about how long the maint was taking.
