does  exp cards, exp goggles etc. affects exp acquire by homunculus?

afaik no. Not even bmx

The only thing that can increase a homunculus XP gain is the monster itself, which is pretty much just spotlight. XP events don't do anything I think, the only reason spotlight works it's because they directly change the EXP table of those monsters for that.
