Can't play because always stuck on loading map...pls help

Have you tried a different browser? Google chrome, Firefox
Im using Google Chrome

you may need to flush your flash settings ... something may have downloaded wrong .. just delete all setting and restart...it wont hurt anything and may be the issue ... also i would check to make sure you have the latest update for Flash.

1.Go to > Control Panel > Flash Player  

 

1.1 Choose storage tab and click "delete all" 

1.2 Choose advance tab and click "delete all"

3.1 Choose tab ---> "Website Storage Settings panel" and click  ---> "delete all"

3.2 Choose tab --->  "Website Privacy Settings panel" and click ---> "delete all sites"

3.3 Choose tab ---> "Protected Content Playback Settings panel" and click ---> "Reset License Files"

3.4 Choose tab --->  "Global Storage Settings panel" and  change storage space to ---> "Unlimited"

***Chrome,IE,Firefox use a separate flash data storage***

- If you clear flash data on chrome it effect only chrome.

- If you clear flash data on IE it effect only IE.

have been resetting all settings, even uninstall & reinstall the flash player
still stuck

tried both,still stuck 7/11 load mapping config.

1.Clear browser cache (tick all the boxes) in all browsers that you use to play the game.

2.Start > Run 

3.Type  %appdata%\Macromedia\Flash Player  in box and enter.

4.Delete "#SharedObjects" and "macromedia.com" Folders.

5.Try the above method again.(Clear flash data in all browser)

 

 

***Don't forget click on "row-gs-d.row.playroweb.com" before delete.***

didnt work too, loading bar always stop after 54%

anymore suggestions??
I have try all mention above, i even reinstall my browser, reinstall flash player and flush my dns, nothing work  
and now loading bar showed 100% but didnt continue its patching, still stuck at load the map config

well i don't know about this server but in my server with 1 internet connection you can only login 15 accounts in 1 server at a times,if you try to login the 16th account you will stuck at load config
