I had been following the Speed Leveling Guide here on the forums, and things were going well with RC spam and such, but I have tried leaving Nogg several times now, and just cant find anything that clicks. Kobolds is way slower than Nogg, centipedes do way more damage, and have way more hp, Juperos is filled with things with JUST enough range that they are outside of RC spam range half the time, Rachel Sanctuary is both too sparse, and too high DPS if you can manage to get a good grouping. Not to mention the debuffs and HP there. Abyss lake mobs also have high HP and damage, but wasnt too bad until I got down to the acidus filled areas, where it goes rather poorly. (and slow...)

 

So... Any suggestions? Or should I just milk Nogg dry to around 130, and then attempt Scaraba?

At time, yes. Usually only with large groups. Otherwise it would cost me 2 million an hour.

I tried out scarab 2, and it was a bit rough. Anything more than 4 mobs, and I cant out pot the damage, as they essentially never miss, and hit for 800-1200, it seems. Looks like I will 100% need EDP if this is going to be an option, as fire converters just wouldnt allow me to keep it up.

i never heard GX died or having difficulty at scaraba since it is soooo easy

 

hint: leech gears, EDP, 435 hit, earth armor (not really necessary, you can use normal armor with earthproof pot), spin to win

I have just shy of 400 hit, so there are misses. I am using a +9 HF Thanatos Katar, but prefer my WPH over RWH, as the healing is almost always higher (RWH only seems to out heal it with huge groups) and it is more reliable. EDP will help, of course, but if I pull 10 mobs, half my HP evaporates per second.

Dont I need the entire set for that shadow armor to give me hit? Or is the description just poorly worded?

the set just gives 1% ranged damage and extra attack. The hit rate is the armor only effect.

u can also use the 20+ food for vit and dex

 

and increase hp pot

once you hit 131, leveling will be a breeze with eden group quests, 

just do bio2, scarabas, discastes, use bmx3 and turn in ,

 

i dont think leveling a gx is difficult, after all this class is King of PvM

Yes, I was doing very well until i tried to leave Nogg, lol. I think I will just hit up Nogg/Cents until 130, and continue from, there at Scarabas. The +10 hit food seems quite easy to make, and I can get the furs while doing Cents, so win win. Should have hundreds by the time I am 130.

you could try mini scarabas or outside of discastes , they have bounty quest too

if you cant handle this, then the easiest map to lvl till around 135, will be Rachel Sanctuary

Which floor of the Sanctuary? I tried 1, 2 and 3, and all seemed much slower than both Nogg and Cents.

Or cash, lol. I dont have a sugar daddy main for gear, so Nogg's ~6mil an hour in loot is very nice for me.

yupp i did same,  back then i farmed in nogg when my gx was low lv

step by step i built her 

once you have good gears, you could try instance farming, from hazy forest, to fw, to anything 

gx is king of pvm, best class for farming

some people i know even they have multiple max lvled gxes on the account, just to farm

those echio have annoying skill,  i'd rather stick with centipede / scarab area.

Stats:

Str: 96+12

Agi: 94+4

Vit: 90+11

Int: 1+12

Dex: 49+4

Luk: 19-5

 

Stats obviously vary depending on which accessory is on, but that is what I have with my ROFL on.

 

Edit: Of possible importance: ASPD 183 with Awakening.

you can drop your Luk to 1 and put it to dex,

get temporal boots with bear power enchant (str bp fs7 ideally, but any bear power boots are good for lower level), those +200 str are good damage boost and proc quite often when mobbing

I get 175 with similar gear with you back when I first leveling my gx, rwh really shine at higher level. so try to get used to it

I would only get a few points of dex, so I dont think it is worth the reset. I actually got the Luk mostly for some sort of Curse resistance, but the extra perfect dodge and atk probably dont hurt.

 

But with the Bear Power, dont I run a high risk of running out of SP? I would have to start carrying Strawberries in order to keep myself SP safe.

 

Edit: Sorry, was thinking of a different enchant, Bear Power is HP drain.
