Hi! I'm Kinvara.

I'm new at the game and i want to know a good FS Priest build :(

I already waste some skill and stat points and i don't know if it's good or not . I have been reading some topics and people says that FS Priest is useless now, it's true? D:

Please someone :(

Welcome Kinvara, don't worry about wasting Skill and Stat points - Stat points are inconsequential for the most part, you'll get what you need from your gears, guaranteed.

People can say a lot of things about non-standard builds, but you should always play the game however you like. The reason people don't suggest Full Support is because there are more than enough skill points at the end to be Hybrid, in which case it's a lot faster to go the damaging route first, then pick up the support path afterwards. Another reason is because Skill resets can be purchased relatively easily from a monthly event known as Dapara Week, using experience points. This allows you to get by on the DPS builds and then later reset to Full Support without consequence. However for me as a tank-main, I absolutely love healers. If you believe you want to play the FS role early, then I would say the earlier you start, the quicker you pick up actual experience. A good head on a priest is worth a lot more to me than one who has always had the easy path.

Do keep in mind that Priests as support gets a bit of misunderstanding. They appear to be outclassed by Soulmakers for most stages because Priest heals generate threat, and that could endanger your party. However, the high threat is usually a by-product of excessive heals and not understanding how threat works. There is a small guide in my signature that you can potentially read if you wish to understand threat a bit more. I personally believe that with a good understanding, you can turn it to an advantage instead of a drawback. That being said though, being that sometimes priests are misunderstood, you may have to prove yourself before you gain some acceptance as a capable healer.

The guides are also more focused on grinding, as up until a week ago, the end game was a lot of grinding, which meant people wanted the most efficient and quickest builds. Things might've changed ever so slightly now that going FS early won't hurt all too much - but it's hard to say at this time. All in all, it's really hard to make mistakes in RO2. You should do what you feel like and you will rarely get punished if you're willing to improve. Just have fun and best of luck!

Thanks! :thx:

There is a chance to reset my skills?! That's Nice!

I think i'm going to play as i want for now. Actualy i'm enjoying the game with my "build" and the way that i'm playing. It's better to stay in that way.

I really apreciate your help and how do you speak about the Priest Class, is a guide to me to know more of the class and how it works in the game.

I'll take a look to your guide, sounds very interesting!

Thanks again!
