I am new please help. I am talking to library npc for getting the record of the 3rd platoon case after giving several items. It said to choose Record Search and enter the keywords "crusader 3rd_company 3rd_platoon 1st_squad record". And I did but, i dont receive any quest after that and the next npc isnt responding too. My activate quest list stuck at :

Your copy of the records has a weird search magic on it. To find spesifc info, you need to first check for broad topic then get more spesific: crusader 3rd_company 3rd_platoon 1st_squad.

I tried to reset the quest using reset stone at niffleheim but, the quest stuck at the librarian again and wont move to the next npc. Any idea?
