I'm a returning player from philippine RO and want to try out a paladin exclusively for PVP and woe or just purely for pvp I could use some help since my last class was a OB royal guard, also are there still active players on the server, Im on all day and want to party up if possible if there are guilds in classic

Honestly, your best bet is to make a vit/dex pure sac pally. Killing people with MR or RS is rarely going to happen. 

 

The problem with Pally is the best offensive skills are forced neutral. This means that you require a TAO to make MR viable and megs to make RS viable. Even having gods/mvps your skill not going to kill anybody (1v1) that is "established" due to the surplus of GR/DR on the server.

that's really too bad as I'm a fan of the swordsman class, how about SINX and Monk I'm thinking those might be more suitable for pvp

SinX and champ are both great for PvP.
