Hello How can I fix this ?

When I turn on the game through the patcher and click GAME START button pops up a window informing Can't run game client! Reinstalling does not help :/ I have tried several times

A few months ago I worked and played normally and after the computer format no longer works :/

This happens if the patcher can't start the .exe.

This can have 5 different reasons:

- the .exe has been blocked due to a false positive by your Anti-Virus tool. Solution: Add the Dragon Saga Folder (Steam: Steamapps/Common/Dragon Saga, Non-Steam: Dragon Saga Installation Folder) to the exceptions

- the .exe has been deleted due to a false positive by your Anti-Virus tool. Solution: Add the Dragon Saga Folder to the exceptions and PM me then I'll give you a download link where you can get the .exe file only
- the .exe has been deleted for whatever reason. Solution: PM me then I'll give you a download link where you can get the .exe file only

- the .exe is corrupted for what ever reason. Solution: PM me to get an uncorrupted .exe file

- you're running on an old Windows XP version (Windows XP SP2 and below). The .exe might not be compatible to old windows xp versions. Solution: Update your windows XP to SP3 or use a newer OS

To check if the Dragon Saga exe file is where it should be navigate to your Dragon Saga Installation folder and look into the subfolder "Release". You should be able to find a dragonsaga.exe. If it's not there it has been deleted for any reason. PM me to get a new one.
