u cant wear both at the same time.i have both and i want to letgo any one of these to buy other gears.

In a mob of 15 bells, you won't have time to panacea, you will get one shooted if you get blinded and if you don't have DR.

I finished leveling with blinker, I don't have to worry about anything. Not like that extra damage is going to change s**** anyway.

Like they said, it's pretty situational.

ofc you can wear at same time. What i said is that there are situations where the syringe is more benefitial and situations where the Tengu is more benefitial. Simple as that

+10% range damage and +10% damage to all size with 3% to leach 5% damage to hp vs.+150% on condence white? still depends if your depending on leech gears like thana katar w/ hunter fly tengu combo is ok but if you do full damage weapons i think toy syringe is better for survival.
