Need help im a lv 92 assa and i don't know where i should go to get 99 fast everywhere i go its slow and boring ...
Atm im an TI and pull for groups thats ok but a group never holds longer than 30min ...

Don't go for whatever is highest for your level. Go one or two "zones" below, get a group, pop a manual, put on AoE, and zip through those enemies like butter. The exp will come in a lot faster killing things lower than your "recommended zone" because you simply kill them at such a faster rate.
Also, having a specialized weapon for dealing with a specific enemy helps.
