Hello, i havent played ragnarok in around 2 years, and i have noticed there are a lot of new gears. I was wondering if you guys could give me some advice with this.

 

My current gears are:

+9 rideword hat [1]

Robo eyes/elven ears(incubus card)

Well chewed Pencil

+9 x2 AS BXB

+12 Kingbird elven bow

+9 White wing suit EA 2 EA 1 dex+2(succubus card)

+9 White wing manteau FS 3 FS 2 Atk+3%

+4 white wing boots SP+150 HP+300 Agi+1

Sound amplifier phen card

White wing brooch dex+1 agi+1

 

I have seen this new Crimson Bow is it better than Elven bow for AS ranger?

Is beholder master card useless on a +14 crimson/elven bow? i see some people laugh about that

Currently i have around 1b to upgrade my gears, i was thinking in buying Pendant of Maelstorm with gold scaraba card is it useful?

I assume you're a pure AS build based on your gears.

 

Get an arc angeling card for your mid headgear. Then the only upgrade worth looking at is a +12 BxB, then that Armor of yours.  Succubus is a bad choice

The armor was super cheap because it had that card haha, yea i am AS build.

Your gears are still pretty okay. For the headgear though, I would recommend using a +9 vana helm with a bxb instead of an RWH , since it will burn through your SP.

As for bows, bxb > crimson/elven when it comes to AS damage. I currently use a +9 2kingbird bxb and a +15 2AK crimson bow, and the only time when crimson has a higher AS damage is on boss protocol mobs.

Wait, scratch my advise. 

 

With 1b, you should get Autumn Hairband with a dolomeles card/Darklord Essence Dex. That will push your AS dmg by about 40~

And if you're pure AS build based on stats, a sound amp is a waste. I used Bako tattoo on mine, then later switched to pendant of chaos/maelstorm with zerom card.

 

I think instacast is achievable around level 130~ with AB buffs (no pls don't go 1vit)

str 1

agi 111

vit 12

int 2

dex 120

luk 37

Hmm, i dont know if my stats are ok /heh, also i dont have shadow gears, only a custom boy's cap

A normal pure AS build will look something more like this

 

str 1

agi less than 60 (leftovers)

vit 50~ (basic survival to not get one shotted everywhere)

int 120 (for dmg with autumn hb and cast time)

dex 120-130 (cast time/dmg)

luk 77 (for regen with Arc Angeling card)

 

 

Physical shadow set is great for dps classes.
