So I've submitted probably 3 tickets already. I'd like to have at least some sort of feedback to what's happening. Also, I don't see the "Already Submission ticket list" for some reason . Thanks for the support.

The support team is composed of humans, so you shouldn't expect an immediate response (or am I just thinking too fast again).
Refering to an answer which I (and maybe more people) gave (more than) once, some hours ago:

Maybe a bit less than a week. That depends on how many requests/tickets are send to the team, in a period of time.
You can ask Dragonlark or Popcorn about the current state of the investigation on the matter.
It's a bit systematic, but "patience is a virtue" as some people might say [...].
You should click the "View Tickets" section, if you want to know how the help is going. I don't really understand how you can't see the "Already submitted Tickets" if it's called something else.

Perhaps, did you write the Ticket without being signed up, and thus have a support page looking like this?
(As you see, there's a difference in the right side of the page.
I find it quite troublesome to be able to "freely" send tickets, that means that you should create a whole other account specifically for when you need to rely on the support; I don't understand why the forum account and the support account are separate.)

You did send in a suport ticket regarding your item recovery yet?
If so, just try to be a little patient. The support does not work on weekends as far as I know.
If you did not yet, please do so. Because item recoveries are manually done by the GM team and without telling them what to recover you won't get anything recovered at all.
