Hello guys, when refinement fails there is a chance to destroy an item, what is the chance to destroy?, and my second question is, if this weapon is destroyed completely, or it is possible to repair it by blacksmith?

In short, if the refine attempt fails, while using normal ori/elu, the item will be completely destroyed.
HD Ores or Safe to 7/10 Certs can prevent that.

Also it's good idea to use Azzy's upgrade cost calculator. Depending on what you're upgrading, sometimes it really pays to use regular Elu instead of certs/enriched/HD.

You can use ragial to look up the cost of the cert, elu, and item price. For enriched minerals, the cost is usually around 2.5m per minerals if you buy them at 125m per box of 50.
