My skill lvl for Grizzy Power is currently 6/10. I want to increase this to 7/10. But how? According to what I know, I have to blend 2 monster card ([Cursed]Spark Card) and get [Regular] Spark Card to upgrade the skill. And i did get it, but when i tried using it, it doesn't allow me to upgrade. And i mouse over the card. Under the effect it says 'one of chosen skill, expend max skill level to 6'. And this happen to me twice. Someone help please
