I recently watched some videos by hayroh and chakri, RG exceed break build was good at woe/pvp some years ago but with the advent of +14\15 upgraded kvms is the build still good? I'm planning a skill combo PPA, EB, OB attack will it be good with thanatos hunting spear?can I kill without god equips?, and lets just say If can get some meginjards belts is it gonna be good? the idea is to use PPA for a little damage then follow up with a crit EB and then OB to kill using an upgraded thana hunting spear

 

here's the stat build im planning

 

STR 93+7

AGI 1+3

VIT 103+7

INT 12+10

DEX 100+7

LUK 130+3

If you can OB before they can outpot you then seems good

RG's are really good on pt pvp environment if i recall

If you go solo, will be bad
If you go with a party, will be good

Best class for PvP: SC, Sura, and Doram

Same rule like always. Most likely you don't need OP gears if your enemies don't have OP gears. The problem I see here is now PvP is infested with all OP-geared players. If you have TT Hunting spear, it might do the trick. However I don't know if you will be able to kill Tao WoE set SC. With Inspiration ... maybe. In fact I prefer a spear to the hammer because spear offers more available skills to use. Good luck!

Since you post your stat, I'm gonna suggest that Agi is way too low, Int is too low, and Luck is too high. I don't think my stats are perfect or ideal but I've been using Crit EB build in iRO since 2013. Well that's just my suggestion.

thanks for posting, how much luk should I do to get perfect crit? and what should be my buffs?

120 Luck should be ample just to get the Luck boots bonus. If you want more Luck just to get Crit then it is a total waste. You already have Spear Quicken. I assume it is level 10 for OB damage bumps (which is very insignificant anyway lol) but it also gives you 30 Crit.

Oda's buff is nice to have, +20 Luck noodle food, Arunafeltz sandwich, Buche De Noel, or Takoyaki should do the trick.

Even if you have high Crit, there are skills that make your hit miss. Also P. Dodge can also happens and make your EB miss but I think the EB doesn't go away lol

If you're investing on an RG for PVP mainly, then make sure you can reach 125 INT total.
​Unless you're fine with losing to GXes simply because you got oblivion cursed that is.

​By the way, AFAIK, currently, PVP has been dead in Chaos. Once in a while, there would be a sudden burst of people but most of the time, it's deserted.
