i got scam from a person called <snip>

i needed a super puncher service and he took my reed pipe 3s and disconected please help me to get it back please

I would suggest filing a ticket at Warpportal Support as the GMs in tech support subforum aren't always the same GMs who resolve scam related issues. 
Be sure to make an account in Warpportal Support so you can actually follow up on your tickets.

EDIT: By the way, it is against forum rules to post other player's name even if you have evidence that they were guilty. I would suggest editting it out. Only Warpportal Support can help you from this point, forum mods don't really have that power. ):
