Seems the mobile game CMs are in charge of Ragnarok Journey, but
they're too busy taking care of inquiries on Facebook andaren't used to managingon the forums.

They're good to edited or ban people when something wrong in forum. But don't care about the complain of players

You know, whiny people such as yourself make up the small minority of the entire player base. When 1 person is crying about crap on a forum.. they aren't representing the community as a whole. Who would have appointed them that position and authority? Not everyone agrees with your point of view. That being said, replying to half of these posts would be completely pointless and a waste of time for them. Even if they were to take your concerns into consideration.

He has a reason to be whiny. Do you even play this game? Because your reply makes it sound like you don't. There's not 1 issue that has been addressed fully by the CM or Developers since beta. All we get are vague answers like "we'll look into it, "we'll take that into consideration", etc.
It turns OP's whiny post into a fact.

I love this game. It's like a really good cookie, but you get one bite with chocolate chips and then the rest doesn't have any. You keep asking "WHY ARE THERE NO CHOCOLATE CHIPS, CAN SOMEONE FIX THIS?" but the maker just keeps making those cookies and you keep eating them because you don't want other cookies... but eventually it'll just end up annoying you so bad that you stop eating the cookies and find a new brand that's reliable.
...yeah, weird metaphor but Ragnarok Journey is my faulty cookies and the bakery is just not doing anything.

As you heard Gravity got not informed about the opening of the new Server.
Basically Gravity is a Distribution/franchise Partner but "Wegames Corporation" does the decisions making, Development.
If we look at other Titles in terms of Community Feedback and Customer friendly decisions/Game balancing....
We all should know what is coming.

Gravity only manage the Item Mall or Exp,Drop,Currency Rates and In-Game Events.
They provide/operate the Customer.
Sometimes they say pretend to forward Ideas and feedback from the Community.
So you could say both Sides need and profit from each other but you should not think Gravity is the "Good Cop"
and the other is the "Bad Cop" No No...
Try to figure that out on your own...
