Ragial scans Prontera, Eden 2nd floor and Payon, which is great. But if for some reason you still want Window Shopper Catalogues, they are available here:
Kafra Shop has a version which lets you open a shop and purchase directly, it's called Bargain Hunter's Catalogue 10 Box.
