I've password reset my Warportal master account about 5 times now, and everytime it says I've done it successfully, but every time I enter the new password, it takes me to the password retrieval screen. I using the same account to ask this question, but the same password I used to access my forum account is not working for my master account. What gives?

First, make sure it is not software related, clear your web browser cache files or and try a different web browser.

Go through the Password change support article [link] and see if a step was missed.

 

If the issue persists, please submit a support ticket to the Warpportal support staff.

I Am having the same issue and whenever i try to send a reset password it wont send it to my email
