I read on the forums that some of our RO friends already solo-ed NTF with a sorc.

Is this actually worth the time and supplies spent?
And how are your strategies on defeating celine?
I'm thinking SW spam or maybe facetanking using elemental reducs + insignia ele change?

the "tanking" was all done by safety wall+evil druid armor basically

 

For damage, Ventus lvl2 for Wind Pwave, Elviras etc, and just do the regular spell rotation (Pwave>Varetyr>Diamond Dust>Varetyr>etc), with insignias on her to boost the damage, using Killing Cloud and Firewall when avaiable to help proc Runaway Magic.

I think Killing Cloud doesn't works on Kimi but the fire wall tactic should totally work

It's important that you summon Ventus behind a wall, otherwise it will die to Pulse Strike. Take care not to move. If you do, Ventus will too, and resetting up is not an easy task.

She is race undead but her element is ghost

We just tried our first NTF with our sorcerer, and it was a failure. Haven't even reached reflect stage too...
We gave up after 30 mins of trying to keep the ventus alive. The problem was also that the damage was simply too low.
In the end we couldn't find a way to maintain ventus alive, even using the same tactics from the vid that Zayaan showed us.

You either misclicked or weren't standing on the correct cell.

 

 

I don't remember it very well, but if I'm not wrong, the Kimi that spawns to the south won't be able to see you when you're standing there. Simply cast either Earth Grave or Diamond Dust to grab its aggro before it randomly moves (neither of the 2 skills check for line of sight to deal damage).

 

Hoping for it to randomly move to you is not a good idea because there's a chance it can go after your Ventus.
