I have buffs sensitive checked off.
I cleared my cookies
tried on 2 different PCs
Sanc, ME, raging trifecta blow, holy light and impo all works
just heal and agi up does not work

This also happened to me. I had to reset 3x to narrow down the problem. Apparently this is caused by impo. If you're in a level 2 guild or have a spare skill reset, try to reset everything and not learn impo. see if it works for you. and hope they fix this bug.

I can't get rid of Impo right now. too important.
I noticed this morning after a cookie reset it worked again but after dying a few times and transporting back to where I was heal and agi stopped working again.
