Warp Portal refuse to give me my WP

Here is evidence proving WP recieved 100$ from me but have since refused to give me WP. This is from the Rixty(mol) payment system, it is 100% confirmed by then to have been processed and recieved by WP. The 2nd shot if directly from Rixty showing amount paid and completed. On my warp portal Transactions it doesnt show anything for the 26th, so they stopped they WP from being sent and stole the money from me. I would like my money back, dont care about WP anymore, these website is a massive scam

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with the payment system. Did you send a ticket to the billing department? If you haven't please do so, here's a guide on how to send a ticket the proper way. When you are done please PM me the ticket number!

Yep have 4 tickets to them so far, but they intend to steal from me so it wont matter. They are playing dumb, oh wait they are just <snip> so it wont matter. I say you are trying to steal money from me, i want my money or WP, and they respond with, if you have any issues please let us know so we can fix them. But i got proof from the MoL/Rixty support that i purchased it and Warp got the money, so im going to my bank on Monday and its gonna costs them alot more now, since they will have a Fraud reported opened on them.

Sending more tickets of the same will just slow down the assistance period instead of speeding it up, please always use one ticket per issue.

 

If your issue is still pending then please send a PM to CM Astra or CM Dargonlark with details of your ticket, if your payment went through successfully and the Points are not added then something is not right.

Payment went through 100% Rixty/Mol confirmed it, i got 1 response, they said they will send it to payment department, that was 3 days ago, nothing since. And since then have been closing my tickets and not responding. I have screenshots showing that it was complete but they didnt give WP for it.

Closing of a Ticket happens automatically if the user chose not to respond to a ticket. 3 days is about average but not getting the points is questionable. Please make sure to contact the CMs as advised above, they will communicate with the GM staff and see what's up with the delay. If all good then you should be getting what you have paid for.

I responded to each ticket trying to get a reply, they closed them even after i replied to them
