If I'd go by the grammar of those descriptions, I'd go for Khalitzburg Card since it will decrease incoming damage from any demi-human monster.
I'm too confused about that Thara card tho.

Yeah, if we based this on RO1 card, Thara would be a great card vs demi-human monsters and players since the players are considered to be demi-human too. And if Khalitzburg card in RO1, this would then be Reduce damage from Demon monster by 30%. Is this a typo on RO Journey?

we've tested this in-game. Thara card reduces damage during PvP, Khalitzburg does not. this might be intended for either demon (devil) type like they do on RO1.
