can you spam arrow vulcan ? in iro wiki it says it has 2s+ cast delay, but bragi can reduce this cast delay right?

 

if yes, it seems the skill has an animation delay. so do u have to wait for it to finish animation before u can cast it again?

I think Arrow Vulcan in iRO is customize skill. as it is not After Cast Delay a big factor that prevent you to spam the skill. Active skill that damage enemy are all block during AV duration but using none damaging skill like teleport or heal works with it.

1. You are locked by the skill animation, and can't use it again until it finishes

2. Even if you somehow remove the animation, the skill wont execute again until the previous one finishes.
