Well I can't say I don't see where you're coming from in this decision. The neck, earrings and even Antares necklace were used for their higher non-IM geae values of Physical and Magic damage drops.

But hey, we got the nice Heirloom Lightning oaks and other gears. I say that's plenty.

According to the requirement , buy 100 Party Wrap from Item mall and use them [Consumable -> Travel -> first page] 10ea for 200 IM :3

The Chaser is just a medal with a steep IM requirement from Party Warp purchasing and having a friend w/ free time. While it's not event exclusive, it's requirements are out of reach usually due to literally costing 2k IM unless a never-on-sale item goes on sale or somehow given through events.

 

My suggestion would be to make a Soulcraft Success doable, but difficult w/ no IM requirement. Though unless the game tracks Soulcraft Success amount for journal purposes making the Soulcraft Success medal linked to Soulcrafting Successes may be steep as well.

 

At least we have Soulcraft Success bonuses from sets, balloons and items not exclusive

I fully agree that 2000 IM are not affordable for everyone. Especially not for 0.5% success rate increase.

However, I can't start an event only because one player needs it now. But I will discuss with the team about an appropriate medal of this kind for the future.

There is better medal you can achieve without spending real money, called God Bless Me. You can get it by successfully enchanting to any level 1000 times if i remember correctly. Easy eay to do this is to buy and enchant low level gear to +4 until you get the medal. It gives +2% success rate to enchanting.
