Hello all

 

i cant like 3 week not upgrade any socket cards someone any idea how to fix it or what the problem is this start to be enyoing me

 

i did all i can do to fine it but no succes

ask friend or they can do it (they can)

get the items i need

ask how it need to do it

 

pls do someone know how to fix it

What is exactly your problem? Can you describe it? I have not any problem with card upgrading.

the problem is i cant up any socket card for exemple 4* to 5* it keep saying that i it cant do it i dont know what i do wrong or what it is

I assume you are trying to update a socket card already socketed on a gear part (level 40~49 gear) right?

There are socket cars which are level limited - I guess yours can only be socketed on level 40~99 gear parts. Then the upgraded one can be only socketed from level 50~99 gear parts. I also assume you're talking about a stat socket card right? There is an easy rule for them: Socket cards which have stats in percentage values don't have any level restriction. You can upgrade them to the final grade no matter which level your gear part has. The cards with the absolute stats (like HLT +X) are level restricted. The maximum grade of the HLT stat card you can put on lvl. 40~49 gear parts are 4* [Special] HLT stat cars, for a 5* HLT stat card you need gear parts Lvl. 50+.

If you want to upgrade the card anyways you have to extract it from the gear part and then you can upgrade it. But keep in mind that the new 5* card can't be equipped on the Lv. 40~49 gear part.

i talk about they indeed but i cant up any of they 1* to 2* even or the card i want to up form 6* to 7* i will use it in my end gear but i cant up it and it like 3 weeks so any idea what the probleme is

Can you provide a screenshot please?

On this screenshot I need to see the card you want to upgrade put into the upgrade slot. If you get an error message please make sure that the message is on that screenshot too.
