My stats are: 

 

str:60

 

agi:99

 

vit:3 (will put more coz im still lvl 95)

 

int:1

 

dex:1

 

luk:70

 

these are my items:

+8 FGS 

CD in mouth

+8 unfrozen Valk armor

+7 critical infiltrator (coz i need think i need to have at least 50+ crit to be always dealing crit dmg in TE)

and i have another katar which is +10 quadruple aura! Speciality jur

+7 FAW of power DelayafterAttack+5%

+9 Superior diabolus boots

and my acc. are 2 rouge treasure

 

my problem here is that i cant go 190 aspd with my consumables (187 is my aspd when fully buffed)

and my dmg is 2.5 vs poor-mediocre equipped demi human 

my crit is 59 when full buff and using my infiltrator 62 when using my spec. jur

 

i tried playing with an assassin cross once and he deals 49k when edp (which sucks since i only won twice by pure luck)

 

someone told me to put some vit so i can be more tanky

 

and about budget i dont have one or if i got lucky in orc hero i would have one

AFAIK to have crit all the time you need at least 120 CRIT (your stat crit multiply by 2). In case you don't know when you use katar weapon your crit doubled.

 

Here's my current setup. Im still experimenting about stats and gears:

 

Str 91+

Agi 99+  (187aspd with buffs and everything)

Int 1

Vit 30??

Dex 1

Luk 30+40

 

For my gears:

 

Morrigane's set (STR + 2, LUK + 9, Critical Rate + 13, ATK + 18, Perfect Dodge + 13)

+9 skel worker infiltrator

Gangster scarf

Evil ears

and shoes that give high HP.

 

I'm not really tanky with this build but once i land my Katar on them, they'll just die quickly.
