This is not my main account having the issues but I'm unable to currently log into my main account.
So I have recently returned to play ROSE Online and introduced my son to the game both our game accounts are registered under my one warpportal account as he's only young, I purchased WPE through the Xsolla payment option for us both and the payments were taken pretty much immediately, there has been no issue with them going through. The other day I attempted to recharge again only to find that I got a popup saying there was a payment issue, after trying all the suggestions I found on the forums I contacted support. They requested information from me which I have provided such as name, location and photo id. Now I attempt to log in to my warpportal account today on the website and it claims my account is suspended.
Why?
Is this going to affect our actual game accounts? Are we going to get banned simply for purchasing a product from your service?
You've taken the money, I don't understand why this is happening.
