This is not my main account having the issues but I'm unable to currently log into my main account.

 

So I have recently returned to play ROSE Online and introduced my son to the game both our game accounts are registered under my one warpportal account as he's only young, I purchased WPE through the Xsolla payment option for us both and the payments were taken pretty much immediately, there has been no issue with them going through. The other day I attempted to recharge again only to find that I got a popup saying there was a payment issue, after trying all the suggestions I found on the forums I contacted support. They requested information from me which I have provided such as name, location and photo id. Now I attempt to log in to my warpportal account today on the website and it claims my account is suspended. 

 

Why?

 

Is this going to affect our actual game accounts? Are we going to get banned simply for purchasing a product from your service?

You've taken the money, I don't understand why this is happening.

Have you tried logging into your Support account to ask a GM? There's mainly moderators and community managers here.

I have submitted a ticket in regards to the payment issue which they asked for more information, which after giving them the info my account became suspended, so I have responded to the ticket again trying to find out whats happening and I realise that there's nothing anybody could really do here I was more just wondering if there may be an answer to the question about whether this website suspension will affect my actual game accounts until it's sorted out as support tend to take a while to respond.

Are you able to log into your game accounts? If so, then the WP account suspension should only apply to your payments and anything in-game that would be connected to them (such as VIP perks). I don't see any reason for them to suspend your game accounts as well unless you're involved in ill-mannered activity along with payment issues.

I can still log in currently to the game accounts yes and no I have not been involved in any ill-mannered activities that I am aware of, I don't bot, dupe or anything like that. My account still seems to have her VIP buff and everything still seems in order, I was just concerned as I was able to log in on the website the other day and suddenly now I can't. I'm very confused by the payment issues as well as they've taken the money and there's been no issues on my end, but thank you for your opinion, I just hope it doesn't affect the game play as my son has thoroughly enjoyed playing so far =(

There's been a spat of payment processing issues which result in people not getting their WPE. Unless people actually use the Support system to notify the GMs, they're not going to know exactly how widespread the issue is to investigate more deeply.

Make sure you don't make more than one ticket and just reply to your existing ticket every so often to bump it. If you don't get a response after a week or so, try PMing a ROSE community manager (I believe that would be Genesis and Dragonlark).
