There's a bug with submitting ticket with attached image. I tried submitting but it keep reloading the same page. So i had to submit a ticket with no picture attached to it. Due to that i have no idea where to get additional help. So I will be requesting help from here as the staffs sees this page. Today 11:05 AM GMT +8 (Singapore) I tried enhance my weapon from +17 to +18 and it failed and got destroyed without Reinforced Enhance Insurance Scroll. This was because i press the confirm button too fast and it results to this. I have submitted a ticket but without image due to the bug. I have also brought the IM item 'Item Recovery Request'. Apparently here I also cant find a way to upload the image of the prove. If the GM need the image for the prove, please tell me a way to submit the image. Thank you very much.

Hello,

 

usually an image is not needed because the GM team can find the destroyed item in the logs. That is the reason why they need the time and date the item has been destroyed. If they can't find it because of any reasons they will get back to you asking for more informations.

 

As for the ticket system bug: can you please tell me which browser (and version) you're using? I will forward the informations about your problem to the GM team.

Thanks popcorn :) So how do i check when can i get back the item? This my 1st time having a item being destroyed. For the browser and version, I am using google chrome. Version is 57.0.2987.133 (64-bit)
