Dear GOD, where can I find the middle-aged gentleman to initiate the Royal Guard job change quest.

 

I LOVE what they did with the new prontera and all, but GOD FORBID they just have to move the NPCs and layout!

 

GOSH IM SO FRUSTRATED!
