As stated in the topic, I need help to get the whistle. I have already gotten the Lifeguard Uniform and Buoy, and still have 600+ trashes on my inventory, and they haven't offered me the whistle. Any idea on how to get it?

Actually it is in this years event.

First you need to collect 210 trash.

Get the lifeguard suit 120 trash
Get the lifeguard buoy 90 trash

Only put on those two items. Nothing else.

Walk around the lifeguard tower on the left side of the map. Next to the Scavenger hunt guy with the boat.

And zing! You obtained the whistle!

And you can only obtain the wistle 1 time. so if you obtained it last year, it cant this year

can you have gotten the Bouy or the Uniform from someone else like on another character via storage and still get the item?

No, trading items from other characters (or buying them from player shops) will not work.
You have to be the one that collects the trash and turn it in for the buoy and the suit in order to get the whistle.

And you can only obtain the wistle 1 time. so if you obtained it last year, it cant this year

actually that changed. I was on one character and got 3 whistles last week.

This week though I got ones set and got a whistle and the second set didn't work.

Not sure why it didn't work but last week it did.

And my hawker last year that received the whistle and the sunburn got one this year.
