What makes Heirloom Lightning Oak Weapons so much better/ different than the other oak weapons. I mean they are quite higher priced..

They have higher damage, excluding two-handed swords.

Any non-warrior heirloom except the various mission boss themed weapons had higher attack. This was because of a weapon attack rebalance that didn't happen before the Paris Strikes Back update that changed weapons.

Each class has its own heirloom / premium damage difference. I wrote all of these differences on a file, so if you want the numbers you can ask me (if I manage to find where the file is of course)

Here are the stats for each Heirloom & Premium Oak weapons (Premium Katars are missing thoe) :

Damage value for [Legendary] +20 Heirloom :

Sword : 4873 - 12525
2H-Sword : 5572 - 20487
Staff : 4516 - 11516
Spear : 4387 - 11523
Bow : 3807 - 13757

Damage value for [Legendary] +20 Premium :

Sword : 8056 - 21749
2H-Sword : 7737 - 29528
Staff : 4113 - 10677

Xbow : 4793 - 15459
Claws : 5515 - 14017

It looks like warrior (by a huge difference) and archer weapons have a higher damage amount for Premium Oak. Although I don't have any stats for the Premium katars, I think it will be most likely worse than the Heirloom one.
Also keep in mind that those ATK values are the total ones without any soulcraft effect that could have changed the results that I wrote here, but even if they were there, the results would still be pretty much the same.
