I have previous crappy gear and stuck in lvl 150 and no one can do high TI in gramps...

 

i'm a hybrid sorcerer i don't know how can i do....

it's actually free for sorcs, abs, wandies, and stringer (assuming you will play the class; for the AB, they need to learn how to solo)

Try doing all daily quest from episode 16.1 the exp is good, i think you win like 1.5% or 2% base exp with BM X3 per quest and Sky fortress monsters seems are lv 150 or higher, since i still see red names in my genetics lv 145 and as remember red names from monsters mean the mob is 10+ level than your character (those give to me 50k base exp and 45k job exp without any Battle Manual, only VIP and costume boyscap)
