Using a +9 Vana, +9 Evil Dragon Armor and +25 Malicious set. 0 hp/sp procs, have tried removing one and testing it alone and no go. Guessing it's something to do with the skill? Has anyone experienced this before? As far as I know swirling petals is physical ranged so I don't see why it wouldn't work.

Well Kunai Splash isn't procing it either so it might just be the class itself
