I remember Sigma post a korean table with the items and i think lv (probably lv requeriment?) to do the daily quest, is the same as kRO?

Some quests require lv.140

so every quest need lv 100 and lv 140 (145 is the sky fortress i think)

140 in kRO, but i dont know in iRO, since all my characters are 145+, i doing a new account i will try lv 99 in those lv 100 quest to know if is the same level as kRO or not, but that will be after of this maintenance, im bussy doing alot of alchemist accounts, you know pokemon event :v
