- Quests/Instance cooldown restart at a fixed time (08:00 a.m. in my timezone);

 

All daily quests and instances would do this if iRO was updated properly :U

drake VM enchant a possibility?

i got "Recovers 1000f damage lost from size penalties",

my first thought was that this enchant only recovery size penalty up to 1000 damage point, which not much on skills.

 

but now after reading this thread, i wonder if this is the "Drake" enchant?

It is a drake enchant, the 1000f comes from a funny error :U I did inform camp to fix it, but we will see when it happens.

 

The only weapons I have seen it on thus far are Bows and 2H Axes.
