Where to get/buy eremes scarf?

I've seen it from iw database, it says

• Can be obtained by an exchanger NPC in Malangdo using "kitcoin" (obtained from cash shop or players).

But it seems I can't found that kitcoin in cashshop.

I really want to have that scarf ^^

its come with box..I forgot,but its from box 2016
