the bonus are individual so there's no reason not to stack.

Price is low because kRO decided to rip some of the original effects

Lets complain on forum till they change this item effect and give mechanic class a little buff. I'm realy done with their favoritsm.

I am willing to bet that even if it was better, the price would still be rather low. Most people are buying the box for Toy Syringe, and not a lot of people play Mech. And, obviously, not all mechs play axe mech. It will never be a hugely expensive piece of gear, simply because the demand will likely always be low due to so few potential buyers, just like with gear for Wanderer.
