I am completely new to this server after coming back 2 years later from a lvl 71 monk. been playing for almost a month throughout my holidays and a few friends i invited to start together with. just last week i was banned as well and completely clueless why.
Context from my end: I have 2 GX,(1 with 43 skill points which destroys the crit build which is why i remade a new GX, i recently turned the old 1 into a deadly poison maker) 1 black smith which i use to vend and buy low sell high.
on my spare time i try to hunt hunter fly cards which seems detrimental for any GX progress past 100, even made a rebel just for that reason to try farming. I have been farming on and off over for a span of 1 week. On that day, i kept getting weird instances:
1) i got some weird teleport back to the entrance of the geffen dungeon, which prevented me from going back in; i was even talking to my friend at that point like what is going on, is this some new event bug.
2) i found a item called "unknown item" that looks like an apple, even consumed it thinking it was something new from the lastest yuno easter egg event where i got a deadly poison consumption effect and nearly died, lol
3) When i gave up hunting due to the huge amounts of rogues in there and had to go out, i decided to vend my black smith, while trying to transfer items out, i was teleported yet again, to a weird prison looking map and immediately Dced from the game, when i tried to relog it mentioned i was suspended till dec 2020....
Reading from similar post, it seems the proper procedure was to receive a pm from the GM of some sort, i saw no one and received no messages. it seems when i receive such weird events i should be screaming "GM I'M NOT A BOT into a empty room.
I have submitted a ticket and got a vague reply which i replied 2 times over and currently still waiting for a reply. i hope this process would be expedited since my friends are wondering what the hell is going from my end while continuously asking me why am i not playing.
