I have this problem with my Core GL, and I have not used cheat engine
I sent a ticket, and so far they have not answered me

With the recent attacks on Warpportal, support has been flooded with tickets from every game because of the disconnects etc. That's why it is taking longer to get reply on your ticket. Sorry for the inconvenience this is causing you but rest assured, they have not forgotten you.
Please be patient a little longer and if you want to reply to your ticket at the website rather than waiting for an email, click on "Register" on this page to create a support account that will allow you to do that
I hope your issue is resolved soon.
