Those items cannot be gotten through the Kafra Shop. These other items already can be. That is the only source for them. I would be fine with them just being regular cash shop items at 1k+ each. No different than shadow gear, RWH, Vana, etc.

True, but at what drop rate? That seems to be the problem with the Toy Syringe. It is dropping much more commonly than before. They seem to be just as common as the mech accessories, which I have yet to get one of, yet have three Toy Syringes.
