Is it too late to learn Cart Revolution as a quest from the NPC in Alberta after changing your job to a blacksmith or Alchemist? I'm beginning to use one of my older characters again, and when I first started playing, I didn't know about Cart Revolution.

No, it isnt too late.

Not at all too late, and you will automatically get it if you rebirth your char as well.

You don't need to learn it. When you transcend it will be automatically unlocked.

There are certains skills from certain jobs can get those quest skill automatic when you trans,at least for merchant, but for Thief no at all, only some skills.

No, for first job it's auto but for the second you need to quest them.
