Does anyone is also having problems with RODEX? I sent yesterday an armor and it never made it through (so I sent ticket) another friend sent gears today too and they were also lost in RODEX limbo.... is an isolated case?

I've had 2 fail out of 10000+. ("Mail deilvery has been failed.")
I havent said it is a fail... I just said I have issues with.. and yes when that 1 of 10000 is an MVP card or Items worth more than 1b, I believe it should checked.

Had the same issue today with and item worth some b... It's the first time RODEX did ithis to me, adn i'm pretty annoyed it has been with and valuable item... Let's see what the support will do

Were you the sender or the receiver? If it's the former was there any fail message in RODEX? Specifically like "...mail delivery has been failed".
Zeusterae's case should be resolved by now.

No there wasnt any message. The sender was in east prontera and the receiver had been DC'ed from Overlook Water dg.
I'll PM their names and the item specification
