Hi, I've been playing this game for a long time. My first account was DSabo(lv74).

I dropped a game before and I started the game again in 2 weeks with new account SatThien.
I used a DSabo account to make gold from silver.
And when I traded gold and soul to sell gold from my old account, why lock my account?
​My new account SatThien can't trade, mail, party, market. Why?
​I do not receive any mail from you on that. I filled the ticket neither you nor the answer.
You lost me time and Weekend EXP Rates 05/19/2017 - 05/21/2017. Without an explanation.
